Can I set a watermark in the print background of Project 2003

Patrick, besides changing the footer for your schedule to Draft - I am not
sure what Project can offer - but most Post Script printer drivers has this
function built in, choose a postcript printer driver for your printer and
under properties you can turn on watermark. Sorry this is no help if your
printer doesnt support postcript.
Hope this helps

Hi Patrick,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

I suggest you use File/Print Preview and then Page Setup where you can add a
Header or Footer to your prints.

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: <http://www.mvps.org/project/>

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :))

Patrick,
You could use notes to type up DRAFT in a light font colour shade then size
the text box up to fit your schedule. Use properties to remove line and fill
- then right click box and hit the send behind option
or

create the DRAFT box in another office app and convert that to a picture and
insert & resize in to your sched (thinking out loud now - I haven't tried
this one) or convert sched to PDF then add watermark.

Hopes this helps.
