Can I set emails going out with "DO NOT REPLY" return emails?

I want to send a mass email, however I don't want the recipients to be able
to respond to the email. Any help would be appreciated.

For all we know, you could be looking around for a way to send SPAM.
I don't think any of us on this board wants to be a part of that.

Specify an e-mail address in the account you defined in Outlook that
uses a different e-mail address than for your personal account.
However, sending out e-mails with bogus e-mail address for the sender
automatically qualifies it as spam. While you may not want to use your
personal e-mail address for these, um, bulk mailings, it should still
specify a valid e-mail address for your "service".

We aren't here to help spammers.

Any legitimate bulk mailing should have a valid, working email address.
Period.

it's quite easy, but it's also against Internet mail rules. All messages
that are standard-compliant are supposed to have replyable senders.

CAN-SPAM law:
....
- It bans false or misleading header information. Your email's "From,"
"To," and routing information ¡V including the originating domain name
and email address ¡V must be accurate and identify the person who
initiated the email.
....

To provide invalid or false return-path info violates this US federal
law. While the bulk mailer doesn't need to identify the sender's
personal e-mail account, it does have to provide a legitimate e-mail
account that is associated to the sender.
