Can I set "search from start" as default search?

I am using Outlook 2000 SR-1 on a PC running Windows XP.

I'm wondering if there is a way to change the default search so that
Outlook searches all entries, including past ones. I need to do this all
the time, and it's a pain to have to change the settings every time.
