Can I set the order of subfolders in a public folder?

Subfolders in a public folder are orderd alphabetically by default. Is there
a way to set the order of subfolders within a public folder?

No - you can't change the sort order of anything in the folder list view -
but you can drag your commonly used PFs to Public Folders\Favorites to make
it easier to find them.
