Can I set up 2 different people’s outlook on the same login name?

Can I set up 2 different people’s outlook on the same login name? For
instance, my desktop got moved down to F&B (theirs fried last weekend), so in
order for them to run the correct reports to close each night, they have to
be logged in as “salesâ€, this is the only login name that they have, they
don’t each have one. So, is it possible to set up 2 icons that each go to
their respective Outlook account?
Tried to look in help, but all it is telling me is to set up user accounts,
which has nothing to do with Outlook.

I received the above question. My answer was no, you cannot. Anyone know
otherwise? If yes, please list steps to setup.

Sure. Set up a separate mail profile for each person using the Mail applet
in Control Panel.
