Can I set up different reply responses in out of office asst?

I would like to set up a different response when out of the office ie one
response to those with e-mail @xy and another response to all other incoming
e-mails. Is it possible to do this to distinguish between internal and
external customers?

Yes, if you have Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2007.

If not, then no, unless you emulate the Out of Office Assistant via rules.
