Can I set up downloadable items in Publisher for website visitors?

Create a folder on your website ISP i.e., downloads

The files you wish to make available for download, put them in the downloads
folder.

On your website page you can create a link to the file/s you offer, i.e,

Chicken Pot Pie

Upload the recipe file, i.e., chicken_pot_pie.pdf into the downloads
folder

On the website page, using the mouse, gather Chicken Pot Pie

Now select Insert, Hyperlink, and in the box put

/chicken_pot_pie.pdf

Save the website pub file and upload (publish to web) and the next time you
visit your website, click on the underscored "Chicken Pot Pie"
