If your account is suspended will it receive email items? If so, have you
looked at the Rules Wizard (on the Tools menu)? Alternately have you checked
if you can setup something on your provider's server to forward things?
in the Active Directory | your user name | prperties | /Exchange General Tab
| press Delivery Option Button | select Forward To and select the extenal
email (*) | Put a tick also in the box Deliver messages to both fowarding
adress and mail box (this to find your emails in your box when you return).
(*) the external email should be difined in the active directory as user of
type contact: Action | New | Contact (dont creat an exchange email for it
just type the name then next next till you finish then open this contact and
write the external mail in the email box then ok)
