Can I setup a Calendar appointment from an e-mail

How can I make an e-mail that I received that has appointment information.
Move it directly into a Calendar Appointment?

Is it a simple text email? If so you can right-click drag/drop the item on
to the Calendar folder and choose to create an appointment.

You'll have to enter the details of the appointment, though. If possible,
I'd see if I can get the sender to send you an appointment item or iCal item
