When composing the message -> View -> Options -> Delivery options -> Do
not deliver before...

Hmmm . . . my Outlook 2003 doesn't seem to match yours. There is no Options
under View. I went to Tools/Options but I could find nothing called Delivery
options. Where can I find this?

OK, I poked around some more and found it. It's on the e-mail toolbar, a
button named Options. Thought I'd share in case others were looking for the
same thing.

You're using Word as your mail editor. dlw was using hte Outloko editor.
That's why you found it in a place other than the one dlw found it.
