Can I setup outlook to read corporate e-mail and Internet/ISP E-mail??

Anthony

I have a user I want to setup for vpn access from home. He currently has
Outlook 2k installed in Internet mode and has e-mail etc in his inbox. I
want to be able to give him access to his coporate e-mail, but also keep the
e-mail in his mailbox on the exchange server. I am not hosting a pop3
server. Is this possible? Should I just export his e-mail info that is in
Outlook in the Internet Mode, Setup Outlook for coporate mode so he access
his company e-mail through the vpn, then setup his internet (ISP) e-mail to
use outlook express? Thanks, Anthony

Anthony,

I don't understand the problem. You can add additional e-mail boxes to
outlook using the tools >accounts menu. An outlook installation can connect
to one Exchange server and an unlimited number of IMAP, POP3 mailboxes...

Create 2 profiles that the user can select from when starting Outlook. Use
one for the Exchange profile and one for the Internet Mail profile.

You will need to switch him from IMO mode to Corporate or Workgroup mode to
use the profiles. See this page for additional information on profiles and
modes:

Thanks for the help.
I figured a usable solution, although differant that yours.
Imported the e-mail/settings that were in outlook to outlook express, then
reconfigured outlook for corporate access. Thanks, Anthony
