I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to Outlook (there are several
starting microsoft.public.outlook)
This newsgroup is for questions about using Access, the database product
that's part of Office Professional.
I'd also suggest not posting in all capital letters. It's the visual
equivalent of shouting, and is considered to be rude.
