Can I still install Publisher from Office 2000 if I upgrade to 200

I just got Office Student and Teacher 2003 and I was wondering if I install
2003, can I still get Publisher off of the the Office 2000 Sm Business disk
that I have or will it stay on my computer if I just upgrade instead of doing
a full install? I would appreciate if anyone can lead me in the right
direction on how to do this.

Marland,
You can install Publisher 2000 again if you need it, or choose to leave your
prior version. Use only one version of Outlook.

If you got that version of Office with that specific computer, yes. If not,
no. (Office SB 2000 was OEM only, IIRC.)
