Can I submit a Norwegian doc and have it return in English?

I have Microsoft Windows XP and I have a document in Norwegian and I was
wondering if I can submit it and have it interpreted for me. This letter is
from my foreign exchange student in Norway, and I need it interpreted. Just
wondering.

know Microsoft doesn't provide that service.

Not only that, but you're asking in an inappropriate place: this newsgroup
is for questions about Access, the database product that's part of Office
