Can I sync my Outlook 2007 Calendar with my cell phone calendar?

I have a new Samsung cell phone, and I would love to send the appointments on
my Outlook 2007 Calendar to the phone Calendar so I'll always have it with
me. Is this possible?

Your phone software would need to do that. Outlook doesn't.
