Can I sync other contact folders I have made in outlook with my PDA using
active sync, it doesnt happen automatically

Well that is tipical of MS with there Active sync , Active sync needs a total overhall , with a lot of options such as this one that they do not have.

look into intellisyc , I bet they can do it
