Can I track the same project milestones across numerous projects?

If I have the same project milestones (e.g., Step 1 target completion date,
Step 2 target completion date) across numerous projects, can I track success
at meeting these milestones across numerous projects on a dashboard to see
the success/delay of meeting these milestones?

Hi,

The simplest solution is to insert all the projects in a master plan, then
filter fro milestones.
