Can I Transfer Works Address Book Contacts to an Office Address Bo

I have Microsoft Works Address Book and would like to transfer all the
contacts in Works Address Book to my newly installed Microsoft Office 2003
Edition. Is this possible or do I have to start from scratch?

What formats does the Works address book support? If .csv or .txt, then
export your addresses to that format and then import into Outlook.
