Well I was able to do what I was looking for. I made a new Outlook 2000 pst. I was able to open my
Outlook 2003 pst in Outlook 2000. It is strange because one I have just would not open in Outlook
2000 but luckily the ones I cared about did open in there. I then just moved everything in the Outlook
2003 pst into the Outlook 2000 pst and DONE.
Now it seems that there must be some configuration information in the Outlook 2003 pst that is
incompatible with Outlook 2000 in Corporate Mode. Or there was some other reason why I was not
able to open one of these Outlook 2003 pst in Outlook 2000. In any case this worked but I doubt it
can be considered a true workaround. I think it all depends on how it was made and what the Outlook
2003 pst contains in the first place.
