can i turn off track changes in outlook??

when i forward an email on and edit it... it tracks the changes!
ive not seen this before and i want to get rid of it!?
any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Tools - Options - Preferences - E-mail Options - 'Mark my comments with'

Hi,

I am also experiencing track changes in outlook and want to turn it off...

I have tried clicking on "track changes" under tools but this is greyed out. On the outlook tips, it says to unprotect document but this is also greyed out... any help would be much appreciated.
