Can I type foreign language useing the Office 2003 Installed on Vi

It sounds like Office 2003 would run on Vista. My next question is that if I
can type Japanese on Excel, Word and Outlook with Office 2003
(Student/Teacher Edition)?

Also do you know how long Office 2003 is going to be supported by Microsoft?
