Can I undo after I save the worksheet?

Can I retrieve a worksheet or undo changes that where made
to after I saved it? I thought I was copying a sheet, but
I just moved it and made changes.

Undo is reset by a number of things. Saving the file is one of them.

If you have your file set to always make backup, you may be able to
recover your previous version.
