Can I update my Avery label list?

I have an old version of Access and it does not have all the up to date
versions of Avery labels, can I update the list that appears in my version of
Access?

All those are is a template that sets regular report dimensions and columns.
You can manually adapt one to any label sheet you like with a little trial
an error.
