Hello,
I want to make a Read-only html page to view the data in my database. The
html page and db will be distributed to members of my project. The initial
database will be big, and later I will add some data which I want to be able
to send to the members. It would be very nice if I could create somekind of
patch for the initial, big db. When this patch is applied it will consist of
the old data and new data.
Is this possible?
Secondly I wonder how I can protect the .mdb correct. With the Security >
Database password I can set the pwd for the db. But when using the html page
to view the data the password is also needed. Is it possible to disable
this? I don't want the members to copy and alter the information in the
database, but let them use the html page to view the data.
Thanks in advance many thimes for your response.
Best wishes,
