Can I update to office 2003 without changing my operating system?

I know this is a dumb question, but I just need word, excell, access, power
point 2003. Is there a way I can input the components without changing my
operating systems?

Office 2003 Operating System Requirements:
Microsoft Windows® 2000 with Service Pack 3 (SP3), Windows XP, or later.

e.g. if you do not have one of the specified Operating Systems, you will
have to upgrade your OS.
