CAN I UPGRADE MY STUDENT AND TEACHER TRIAL TO OFFICE PROF?

hello.
i just bought a new computer with an office trial on it. I tried to
activate with my current office pro key and was not able to. I noticed my
trial is a student and teacher trial. Is this preventing me from upgrading
to my existing office pro?

You will need to use the original upgrade Office CD, not the trial. When asked during the Office Professional installation for the qualifying product, put in your prior Office CD and then continue with the installation.
