Can I upgrade Off 2000 std to include ACCESS?

I own MS Office 2000 Standard which includes Powerpoint instead of
ACCESS.

Can I purchase ACCESS 2000 to add to my Office Suite? If so, where?

Yes, you should be able to buy the Access upgrade package to do this. Where
you can still find 2000, I don't know. However, you should be able to find
Access XP (or 2003 if you have Win2k or WinXP), which works better than 2000
and can be installed along with Office 2000.
