can i upgrade office 2000 standard to office 2003 small business

I currently run office 2000 and i want to upgrade to office 2003 small
business, can i do this by just buying the upgrade or do i need to by the
full software package again.

You should be able to use the upgrade version. Be sure to check
http://www.microsoft.com/office/editions/howtobuy/smallbusiness.mspx to make
sure your version of Office 2000 is listed under the Upgrade Eligibility
section. Oh, wait -- I see your subject line specifies Office 2000 Standard,
so yeah, you should be good with the Upgrade version.
