can I upgrade somwhere ms office 2003 spelling(estonian language).

Office 2007 uses a different format for spelling and proofing than in Office
2003. The new ones are called Single Language Packs. They are described at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/suites/FX102113661033.aspx and there is a link
on that page to purchase on line. There is a pack for Estonian.

You do have to buy a new license, and there is no upgrade pricing. For a single
language the price is USD 24.95.
