Can I upgrade Standard 2003 to Home Student 2007?

I currently have two desktops for my sons with Office Standard 2003. I want
to upgrade both desktops to 2007, but do not need the Outlook option. Will
the Home/Student 2007 upgrade work with my Standard 2003? I'd like to save
the $139 per box.

Yes, one HSE can be installed on those two systems.

You can REPLACE your Office 2003 Standard with Office 2007 Home and
Student. There isn't and "Upgrade" version for purchase.
