No. You may not upgrade between products of the same line - if you wish to
have Office 2003 Professional on your system, and you do not have a
qualifying product (see

I believe the difference between Office Standard and Office Pro is that
Office Pro includes Access, Publisher and Outlook 2003 with Business
Contact Manager.
I know some of these products can be purchased separately and that
might be less expensive?
