Can I use a drop-down box as a navigation tool in Frontpage?

[obviously not very knowledgeable]

I would like to create a drop-down box which redirects the user upon
selection of a value to a corresponding page. Does anybody know how to
accomplish this?

Yes, you can do that with JavaScript:
http://www.echoecho.com/tooldropdown.htm just make the links relative
(within your web) instead of absolute.
