Can I use Access to setup a online store where customers can acce.

I am wondering if I can use access to create an online database in which my
customers can access certain areas in order to request something or to make a
payment etc...

Probably but there is a ton of low cost, no cost software out there that
will do that.
If you value your time, even medium and high cost software is worth the
money.

I was in the process of developing an Access program that built JavaScript
web pages that I could post. I only needed to sell a few things and it was
interesting.

Then I found a $400.00 program...... that was being sold for about $9.95
that did a lot more than mine did. Crappy documentation but it worked very
well and was easy to modify if I wanted.

What program or programs would you recomend. I am trying to setup up a
program to allow my customers login to there area to view previous
transactions as well as make new ones.
