Can I use clipart in commercial products?

I put out a a few products (including a newsletter, greeting cards, framed
poetry) that include clipart and photos from the MS clipart gallery. Is it
within the EULA to sell these products for profit?

As long as the clipart is not the primary value of your product and you don't sell
the clipart as part of a collection and you do not incorporate the clipart into your
logo you should be okay. Read closely section 1.2 of the EULA
