Microsoft Clipart has no copyright restrictions as long as you do not use the
images for profit (selling them directly or use them directly to generate
profit). The details of the usage is available in the Clip Art section. You
must click 'yes' on the usage agreement before you download. You should be
ok using the clipart as long as you don't take credit for creating it. If
you want to be safe, you can document the source of your images in the
credits section of your magazine.
