Can i use multiple combo boxes to open a specific form?

Hi im making a database and i need to know how i can set up a simple system
for opening a form to add data. I was hoping that if i created a combo box i
could get a button to open the form i have specified, in the combo boxes, in
add mode.

Is this possible, if so can any one help me please??

Try posting the Q to either the MS Access group or MS Works group -
whichever db you are using
