Can I use Publisher to edit a website that done w/ Front Page?

Our church had a website done a year or so ago. The guy used Front Page. I
used to have it on a laptop but have since changed companies. My current
system has MS Publisher on it. Can I edit the website using Publisher or
will I have to buy Front Page? If Publisher will work, how do I pull the
site into the program for editing?

Either use FrontPage or any other html/text editor or site design tool to
modify the existing files OR rebuild it from scratch in Publisher. Publisher
is not an html editor nor a site design tool. Publisher merely generates web
files from it's own .pub file format. Even Word, Excel, and PowerPoint well
generate web files.
