Can I use same .pst file with both outlook 2003 and 2007

Just bought a new computer with office 2007. I'm using a computer now with
office 2003. I keep my data, including my PST file, on an external hard
drive that I carry between the two computers (work and home). Any problem
with using the same PST file (created in Outlook 2003) on both computers?

The same pst should work fine with those versions.
