can linked Excel cells be without border?

Dear all,
I have made a Powerpoint file with some Excel cells linked in the file.
I have already remove all borders of the cells, but it still shows some grey
lines wrapping the linked cell in the Powerpoint file. How can I make real
no-border cells? Thanks for your help

Chris,
In Excel choose Tools + Options + View and uncheck the Gridlines
checkbox.
Update link. All done.
