can -mail adrsses be automatically saved from sent mail

i would like outlook to save all the mail adresses i send mail to, to in my
contacts or adress book
can this be done,
seems like i used to be able to have that option thanks

Yes in options, check the box that says automatically save
contacts i reply to in my address book.

That option is only in Outlook Express and Outlook 2000 in Internet Mode
