Can mp3 files be added to a website made in Publisher 2003? How?

I am building my website and would like to include a page where I can add mp3
files of myself. However, I do not know how to do this, or if it can be
done.

If you are looking for a way to allow users of your site to view mp3 files,
one method is to upload the mp3 files to a folder on your server and link to
them. Example: Create a folder on the server "downloads". Upload the mp3
files to that folder. On a page in your web site create a hyperlink
"/downloads/dee001.mp3" "/downloads/dee002.mp3" etc. The users will be
able to view and download the mp3 files.
