Can no Longer add to Contacts: "not implemented"

I can no longer add to Outlook Contacts (2002). When I fill out a new
contact and try to save it , it says : "not implemented". What to do? HELP.
I'm trying to straighten this out before I sync with my new Treo. I have
Windows XP if that's important.

Hi,

Are you referring to Outlook contacts or Business Contact Manager Business
Contacts?
