Can no longer open Outlook with Business Contact Manager enabled...

Hello,

Any help will be very much appreciated. I can no longer open 2003 with
Business Contact Manager enabled. I have uninstalled and reinstalled
BCM and created new (empty) profiles, but nothing works. How can I get
BCM to work with Outlook again? Thank you.
