Can not add a second hotmail account to Outlook 2002

I have added one of my hotmail accounts to Outlook with no
problems, but when I try to add a second account I get
this error message:

"A connection to the server could not be established.
http://services.msn.com/srvs/hotmail/httpmail.asp is now
offline"

I have tried for several days, with the exact same
results. I can access my second account from the the
internet, but can not add it to Outlook.

HELP

I believe that's a built-in limitation - one hotmail account only. You could
set up another Outlook profile for the other...
