Can not add Sharepoint Web Server to project web access

We can not add a server once finishing the sts wizard. The
sql logins look right. It is really wierd. I appreciate
any help.

I solved my problem thanks to Jake from an earlier post.
When not working in proxy server environment you have to
run the proxycfg -d -p "proxyserver" "<local>"
then IISRESET.
