Can not Check in Project File

I have a project file that is checked out, but I can not
get it checked back in. It keeps telling me I have the
document open in another session. I have no other
session open. I tried deleting the porject file through
Web Access admin page but it won't let me becuase it is
checked out. How can I resolve this?? THanks.
