A reminder continues to pop up. Each time you try to
close/ open it, it says "Cannot postpone/turn off the
reminder. The end date you entered occurs before the start
date."
I checked to make sure that the reminder does not appear
in her calendar and I also tried to use the
switch, /cleanreminders, neither of which seem to work.
