can not deploy office XP through GP

I have office XP installed on my workstations before I migrated to AD. No, I
want to redeploy office (with sp3) to there workstations. When a user
reboots, it says installing software but when I check the SP number it is
still the old sp which leads me to assume it did not deploy. Any ideas?
