Can not drag and drop e-mail msg to create task

I can not drag and drop to create a task from an e-mail.
I get an error message that says one or more parameters
are invalid. My IT division has been unable to trouble
shoot the issue. Any ideas?

Can you create new, blank Task items in your Tasks folder? Try opening your
Tasks folder and selecting Save Task Order from the Actions menu.
