Can not forward message with attachments

Hello;

TYIA for your help. I have 1 PC (Windows 2K Pro, Outlook
2K) that will not forward attachments. Messages are
forwarded and received but the attachments are stripped or
never sent. The same message can be forwarded from other
PC's and the attachments forward fine. This same PC will
create a new message and send attachments fine. It only
has a problem forwarding attachments.
